1. FCL CONTAINER LOADING

a) Container operative Check

You have to send Shipping Order (S/O) to forwarder urgently.
You have to arrange containers by yourself and bring to forwarder on time.
Be sure that you order containers only in good condition and from reputated companies and not any damaged or just cheap in low quality with risk that container is defected. (cracks, holes, …) (see loading checklist).

Will you bring the container to forwarder or you get empty container from forwarder?

b. Empty Container Check

The container is suitable to load the goods.
No holes, cracks or deformations present in container walls or roof.
The nut on the inner wall of container door should not be missed or loosen, specially the nut on the third bar of the container door which V-Trust seal will lock on (use a wrench to screw the nut, the nut can’t become loosen by itself, the nut should be turned round with the bolt together).
Doors operate properly and closing devices operate properly.
Same container number present on door and the inside and outside of container.
Container is watertight. Test method: enter container, wipe up any rust (if any), close both doors tightly and look for incoming light (e.g. through cracks, holes, door gaskets, edge of door etc.).
Container interior is absolutely dry, clean, free of cargo residues and neutral in odor (Old adhesive labels have been removed.). Wipe up any condensation or white frost in order to avoid corrosion and moisture damage to the cargo.
No nails or other protrusions which could damage the cargo.

c. Desiccant Bags

All containers must be equiped inside with Desiccant Bags on each side (inside container
1 bag each 2m = if container 10m length – 6-8 bags each sides) – like picture

d. No “steef clips”

No “steef clips” at both ends of container to avoid cartons falling down – NOT LIKE THIS
PIC!!

Container must be fully loaded with cartons and by the door the cartons must be fixed also with a rope that by opening the door, the cartons don’t fall out of container.
If container not fully loaded and less then half empty then on the backside the container must be filled with some stuff (cardboard, rope, …) that the cartons don’t move inside container and tilt inside container.

e. PVC FOIL on top of all cartons

Begin to put the foil from the back of container on top of the cartons and spread the foil till the front door. Don’t load first the cartons and then the foil.
START FROM BACK TILL FRONT. Load the cartons with the foil together from back till front!!!

f. Mesh Net Bag

Mesh Net Bag at front of container at the door to save the boxes from falling down.

LCL Loading Instructions

It’s very important that goods are sent to forwarder in a closed truck from all sides and not topless truck
to avoid wet cartons!! Please send us pictures for this as well.

5 layer Outer Box – maximum weight 15-18 kg

3 layer cardboard

3 layer cardboard – on top and bottom of the goods in innerbox that you don’t cut the goods by opening (cut proof) and also it should be on top and bottom of inside outer box!

Cardboardlayer SHOULD BE ON TOP AND BOTTOM OF INNERBOX; B U T STILL IN OUTERBOX.

you close the innerboxes, then you put cardboard on bottom of empty outerbox, then you put the closed innerboxes in the outerbox, then you put again cardboard layer above the closed innerboxes, then you close the outerbox.

It is important that the export carton is 2cm larger so that the inner cartons + 3 layer cardboards fit into the carton and there should be plain area by closing the export carton – see pics below

Storage of goods

The goods / cartons / material must NOT be stored outside at any time.
Goods must be protected from rain, sun or bad weather outside. Storage only inside in factory
Dont put Pallet on Pallet. This is really strongly forbidden
Please send pictures from storaging during CNY.
Also the storage must be that all cartons or finished goods stored only on Pallets – not on floor.
Please seal boxes with tape from all sides to avoid moisture.
Warehouse should have max. 60% humidity to avoid mildew.
Store the goods safely against robbery, wetness and dirt

The cartons should not be placed on the floor directly without protection from pallets – not like pic below

Shipping Marks

If 2 or 3 different designs in same container: different shipping marks in different colors + Put sticker like above beside shipping mark on each design + only running carton numbers beginning from 1 – ….. till end.
